RemitCare is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform operated by Amigovita OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). RemitCare connects African diaspora sponsors with healthcare professionals in Cameroon through a digital subscription platform. By using RemitCare, you agree to these Terms of Service.
RemitCare provides a technology platform that facilitates: • Monthly subscription plans giving sponsors access to nurse visits, doctor consultations, lab tests and pharmacy coordination for their designated beneficiaries in Cameroon. • Digital health records, vitals monitoring, and care coordination tools. • Communication and reporting tools for healthcare partners. RemitCare is a technology platform — we are not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or insurance company. Healthcare services are delivered by independent, approved healthcare professionals.
• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. • Plans range from $19/month (Essential) to $99/month (Premium). • Medication costs, lab test costs and delivery fees are billed separately at actual cost. • You will be notified and asked to approve all additional charges before they are processed. • Payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), our payment provider. • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. • You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard.

RemitCare is a technology coordination platform. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. All healthcare services are delivered by independent licensed professionals approved by RemitCare. • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions. • RemitCare is not responsible for the clinical decisions made by healthcare professionals on the platform. • In case of a medical emergency, contact emergency services immediately.
We take your privacy seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy at remitcare.vercel.app/privacy-policy. By using RemitCare you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. • You must provide accurate information when creating your account. • You must be at least 18 years old to use RemitCare. • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease and subscription billing will stop.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amigovita OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of RemitCare.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
